Return Process

Contact our customer service team via email or our portal with your order number to request a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.
- 2.Prepare the Product
Carefully disassemble the chair if necessary and place it back into its original Aeris packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a convenient home pickup.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
